Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order; it is confirmation that we have received your order. 4. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our Boston, Massachusetts studio, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Serena & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unopened, unused products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, less original shipping costs. Due to the nature of cosmetic and consumable wellness products, opened items may only be returned if defective or materially different from their description. To initiate a return, contact sdangelo13@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so that we may arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
